Hey guys

Well, another day where I cant get to work, so I took some pictures out in the back yard.

I was watching this wee guy coming and going. I put some bread out for him, in fact I tucked it under the snow on the other side of the post. He kindly obliged, and came in for the bread.

This is the first shot of a series of about 7 or 8, but its the most dynamic by far.

Hope your having a safe day, take care.

A fabulous action shot especially with the snow falling from under the robin. A shot with some character to it me thinks.

Your timing of this shot could not be better, catching the bird as it alights and send the snow particles flying.

Robins are notoriuosly difficult to photograph as they are so small (smaller than sparrows) and they never stay still, flitting from branch to branch.

This is an excellent shot of a Robin and 100% original. Very well captured indeed. Your timing has been impeccable. I'd just be tempted to clone out the snow on the middle left. Apart from that this is a Christmas Cracker.

Plenty of snow in Wallasey Anthony (no doubt you've heard). Came down Friday evening (17th) around 7pm, 4 inches of the stuff in 1 hour!!!
