A real superb shot IMHO, does not require, if any, modifications. The only suggestion I would make is to crop a little tighter, maybe a square/portrait crop.

Hi Leon.
Well its a cracking shot, though i would be more tempted to have it to the left of the frame. At the moment its smack bang in the middle.

If you want to crop do not go square but take a little away from behind. Otherwise a very detailed and nicely angled Robin

Hello stranger not heard from you for a while, I am no expert on birds but imo this is a fantastic shot, I will agree needs a little cropped of the left but thats easily remedied, congrats on a fine image. - gary

A nice shot as it is Leon, - youve done well with timing, exposure and light.

You might try a different crop to place the bird out of the centre, this can make for a more balanced image.

Ive done this in my mod by cropping off the left, and adding space to the right.

Ive also used curves to modify the colour balance very slightly, and used Noise Ninja on the background to reduce noise.

Noise Ninja is a software used to remove digital noise that you can see in high ISO images. Its one of a number of different software packages that you can use to do this, - Neat Image is another.
