I was up there myself not long ago, although it looks like you had much better weather than I had!
You've got a good picture of The Roaches here. Maybe if you cropped in a little from the left to the second boulder and in from the right to just before the large outcrop at the top (I hope you understand my descriptions!) it will improve the composition, yet still show the scale of the outcrop.
Also, altering the colour contrast with curves will strengthen the image.

You certainly get the scale of these rocks with those tiny figures, nice image.

You wouldnt get me climbing it though, even if i could use both of my arms, which i can't.

The climbers really add scale and dimension to the shot. Several years ago I saw some climbers in Arizona scaling a sheer 600 foot cliff. It amazes me how they can do that.

The inclusion of the climbers shows the massive scale of this rock. It's nicely exposed with excellent detail.
