Good lighting and composition. I might have been tempted to clone out the bit of decay on the rose petal (but that's only a minor point.) I have uploaded loads of flowers over the last 18 months and often add a border using the same colour from the main subject. This is fine without the border. Good position in the frame; leaving the black expanse to the right works for me.

I agree with Mike on the bruised parts of the flower,matbe a tiny bit more contrast would make the colours sing..especially the whites.There is an area under the flower which looks slightly reflective,maybe you meant to keep it in but a piece of black velvet would help eliminate unwanted shine or even use the burn tool in Photoshop.
Nice composition,I would personally have added a border but that is really down to individual taste.
