Roseberry Summit

By srh
Hardest climb I've done in a long time. Snow drifts up to 3 or 4 feet deep made things very hard going. Was very pleased to make it to the top and enjoy a hot cup of coffee while looking out over Great Ayton.

Great view.

Stood on topping about 5 years ago....was working up in Teesside and having a meal in the pub below (King head/hotel?) and could see it from where I was sat....couldn't resist it and didn't bother with dessert just went for it....did it in 21 mins and had to lie down at the top coz I was so knackered..lol - worked off the grub though and it was worth it!
