Rough Seas

By pink
A set of very difficult circumstances surround this image, we were trying to outrun a cyclone and was told not to drive as roads were becoming un-passable, due to fallen trees, power lines, rockfalls etc, but we carried on, even in a RV which was not ideal. On this shot the sea was incredibly rough and the wind and rain meant you couldn't hold anything still, I persevered and got a few shots, surprised the camera survived as it was absolutely wet through after only a minute or two, nearly as wet as me!
Taken in New Zealand, south island, west coast at a place called Bruce Bay.
