Hi all!

Had a great day yesterday photographing cricketers from school Grin This was the first eleven team - the best ones. We beat the opponents by rather a lot...
You may be wondering why I am not playing in this game - well let's just say I'm not too good at sport... Sad

Anyhow, as my motorbike panning did no good, let's see how human panning comes along! A little different, as my headmaster wanted some different pics than the norm.

Thanks for comments and votes on yesterdays

You may not be a good cricketer,Jonah, but you are certainly a good photographer. You have captured the movement very well here whilst retaining super sharpness in the cricketers face.Excellent shot !!!!!!

Thanks all

Josh that's the point Grin It's supposed to show movement. It is physically impossible to get his body still whilst panning, unless he teleports himself or hovers through the air

v1 Jonah.

What v2 and v3 illustrate is the importance of the background when panning.

love how you keep the face in focus and the blur of movement on the limbs well captured trio
