Sam Lowes

By cuffit
Probably the sharpest shot I have managed while panning, the shutter speed was 1/320th - a lot higher than normal for me so there must be a lesson in there somewhere but these guys were flying and there is still blur within the wheels. It was quite dull when this was taken so not as bright as I would have wished but when the sun did come out it was so bright that the light was quite harsh casting deep shadow. The way Donington is organised at present I couldn't face the long trip to the other side of the track.

This was taken on practice day (Saturday) and Sam Lowes went on to win the Supersport race on Sunday; top performance given he had seriously injured his hand earlier.
