So many letters, so little time!
Good to see you back again....and sorry to hear of your recent troubles...just to say there is life after these events...I had stents fitted over 10 years ago now and touch wood, all is well. Follow the guidelines, do the rehab exercises and ease yourself back in, albeit at a slightly slower pace😁

Sorry to hear you've been unwell, glad to know you're back and posting photos again. Such a great therapy
I too had a break. Not intentionally but just my workload just piled up so much. Til I made a stand and took some time out for myself. When I looked I had not paid my sub on here for 18 months. Its actually great to be back and enjoying something again.

Thanks for that and good to hear you are back in to the swing also
Ian😎

Went through a year like yours back in 2018, Ian, so full of sympathy. If you are on heart meds, I discovered that a daily dose of vitaman B12 helped enormously in my recovery.
Good to have you back to chat to, at least you have Sunshine to aid you, looking out on typical English drizzle most of the time at the moment.
Summer is coming

I Have missed your images Ian …that does sound like quite an ordeal…glad to hear your health has rebounded mate . I started extra vitamin b12
and a good quality Coq 10
Supplement which is apparently good for our heart some years back , definitely gave my energy a much needed boost .
Can’t imagine how many texts Santa must have to deal with every day !
Best regards
Walt
