Santorini Bride.

By lifesnapper
Hi all and many thanks indeed for your lovely votes, fun comments and kind words on my previous image. A very special thanks also to Graham for his much treasured and appreciated award, THANK YOU! Smile

Today; a subtle exercise in toning down the bright blue sky which dominates the background, by shading the top and bottom of the image then increasing colour to make the bride stand out a little more. Fairly easy to do but took time to get it as I wanted. Whether it's right or not is another thing Wink
I've uploaded pictures of this lovely bride before but, have cropped the groom out of this one.Smile

All the best to all and have a smashing day,

JohnSmile

Beautiful candid John, love the expression captured,
Fred.
Looks good ... but oh dear, you split up the happy couple before they'd even started.
I wonder if they actually got married there? I have seen many wedding couples, mostly from the Fsr Eastl, with their own photographers, in Venice and Florence. They collect fabulous wedding photos in glamourous locations and then go home to get married Smile

Quite possibly, Colin. But as long as they present themselves in front of my lens, I'm happy. Wink

In a few years from now the groom , or bride, will probably be searching for an expiry date on their marriage certificate. Wink

Its nicely done. Is her dress blue, - the flowers are, I wondered about the body of the dress?
