Sawley Vista

By rowarrior
Took this after lunch last Sunday in Sawley, Lancashire.

I'm still trying to get this landscape composition lark sorted out. I'm really not convinced about this pic, let me know what you think!

c&cs very welcome Smile

Nothing wrong with it. A perfectly reasonable shot. Just not brilliant, but then it was only about 3pm and so the shadows weren't really long enough to give you the texture of a low sun.

Nothing wrong with this at all, indded very pleasant, though the midground's a little dark. See my (minimal) mod (though when I looked at it after uploading it still seems a bit dark).

Maybe a little tweaking of brightness and contrast here and there, otherwise looks perfectly fine to me.

No doubt it might look fantastic now you know how to do light paintingLOL It is fine as a snapshot but early morning or evening would give more interesting shadows . Nice to meet you xx Look better with curly hair .xx

Lovely sky. Great bold colours. Nice vibrant shot.
