V1 works best for me, but I can't work out quite why. Which is annoying me no end.

V3 is too flat, I like V2 but V1 combines the best of V2 and V3 - you notice the interesting light more on the building on the right like in V3 and it brings the warm tones from V2. Its really nice!

could look at this all day, so much activity to draw you in. Prefer V2, I think because it has more depth with the shades of colour. The light is gogeous.
