Scaring the crows in the allotments in Highbury Park

By helenlinda
Highbury Park is a public park located in Moseley, Birmingham, UK. The estate of Highbury Hall, the former residence of Joseph Chamberlain, stands on the park's northern edge. Before his death in 1914, he bequeathed the park to the people of Birmingham. The park finally opened to the public in 1930. Highbury Park Friends manage a considerable area with a variety of projects. Here they have made a deterorant for the birds - not many crows maybe- where they are growing fruit.
Thanks for looking

It looks very approachable, I can see a line of birds sitting on the arm.

Very amusing image Helen. Seems to work well enough.

Seems a strange outfit - the rugby shirt is a bit tame with all those groovy records!

Those shoulders look to be more of a perch for birds than a deterrent! 😁 Great find and capture though, Helen 👍
