Scorched Wing - Plagodis dolabraria

By Mendipman
Close of the wing of a Scorched Wing moth that was attracted to the light in the moth trap last week. A first for the garden and probably one of the most spectacular moths seen to date.

Best viewed large.

Many thanks for the votes and comments on the previous upload of the Dandelion clockOrange Tip and especially to Andrew (AJG), John (Jmag60) and Pamela (pamelajean) for your user awards, all so very much appreciated. GrinGrinGrinGrin
