The potential from this viewpoint is great. You need just one person, or a pair in that right black and white tiled area and no one else. The figures and shadows could then produce a very strong composition.

I cropped the photo in the mod and converted it to a toned mono. The first mod was uploaded by mistake and is your original photo. OopsTongue I think Paul's suggestion is bang on.
