The cyclist (looks like Andrew Tennant) is positioned well in the frame and the colours and exposure are excellent, as for the expression, well yes, that says it all, been there and done that!....it hurts.
I would though, if I may, like to suggest that perhaps a slower shutter speed would suit the subject better and panning as he rode by would have made the background more of a blur, making the image much much better, and thus helping the rider to standout against the background.
