Taken at Plemont on Jersey, the light was very harsh as it was midday, the sea was also quite rough so I resorted to the Lee 10 stop filter and a 0.6 grad to calm down the sky, about a 25 second exposure on a sinking tripod resulted in many unsharp images, only got a couple that worked.
I had to hot foot it up the beach as the lifeguard told us the speed of the incoming tide and it is not uncommon to get a 40'-0" (13 M) high tide at this location!
