Sorry I haven't been keeping up with what has been happening - how resourceful you are

This is also my interest apart from photography. I used to sit hours in a local garrage during school days, when petol cars & trucks were in use . There were hardly any diesel engine, plying on highways during 1950/60s.

Wonderful to see you back in EPZ Annete... I am sorry to hear you have been in troubled waters, and I am feeling great admiration to see you are turning around and fighting forward. Good on you Girl!
As for the loss of your photographic equipment in my Country we say... "We loose the rings but we keep the fingers" !!! I have just damaged my SLR in my last trip... Now I use my little Lumix or my mobile until I can afford to get another decent SLR... So hey? I hope 2017 brings you great progress, peace and joy.
