Shadows Lengthen at Arbroath Harbour.

By Tooma
One from an east coast trip which saw us arrive at Arbroath before heading home. Best fish 'n chips in years was enjoyed while watching the sun set over the harbour, enjoying the sights and the sounds. Another place we keep meaning to get back to and explore, as we saw very little of it on that trip - enough to whet our appetite for more.

Have a great weekend, and good snapping. 😎

Yes, I also have happy memories of Arbroath, as my father was born there. I can remember it as a busy fishing port and the source of "smokies", but not many fishing boats now.
The Arbroath smokie is a type of smoked haddock a speciality of the town of Arbroath in Angus, Scotland. Very tasty!!
