Sheep grazing near Lorna Doone's Farm, Exmoor.

By HobbitDave
One from earlier this year - sheep grazing on a slope that must be nearly 60 degrees to the horizontal, close to Lorna Doone's Farm on wild Exmoor. I think they must be a very hardy breed (probably friends of Shaun The Sheep Wink
Best viewed 'large' if you have the time.

Dave.

At first glance here Dave I thought they were mountain goats...what a hill, that has to be one of the best composition shots in awhile, has everything in it, and I think the 'lone tree' in the side fence/hedge sets it off perfectly with the sheep grazing..great shot, love this one

I do like this kind of landscape, looking down from above and excluding the sky, Dave. The f/g is interesting with, the buildings are nicely placed in the frame and obeying the rule of thirds, and I do like the diamond patterns of the fields. A very nice landscape shot.

You got it in one, Neil, though I have to say the Prancing Pony was the most attractive option of the two Wink

Great to hear that Shaun has fans in America, Christina. I know he has in Australia. He's one of my favourites, as are Ardman's 'Creature Comforts'! Wink Dave.
