Shifting stones

It is silly taken the council over 20 years to carry out the work to protect the coast line. It is costing 4 million.
This will protect the road falling in the sea hopefully. They bring a platform in at high tide. Then at low tide the vehicles go on the beach and shift some before the tide comes in again.
