Not a bad image of it's type. Technically rather better than many but two things distract. Your logo, which even though small is very obvious and the two objects centre back top? What are they? People, rut sacks? Not sure but there is definitely something there and whilst I often ask for a subject as focal point, I like to not be puzzled as to what it is.

Its a nice image of its type.

The prominent and central logo spoils it, - we ask for the critique gallery that you dont use a logo; the rucksacks that Paul mention distract also.

I would suggest that AWB has result in an image that overly blue; its a little underexposed, and the strong vignette effect is hiding some very nice details in the shade.

Ive addressed these areas in a mod for comparison.

It's a very attractive scene, it has a secret, private feel. Probably also difficult to photograph, as the sun will only reach into it for a few hours a day, and then of course it's shining down onto the surface of the water. Those bright highlights detract somewhat for me, they are so large and central. And they will have been exacerbated by the longer exposure.

Well done for getting the camera down low, I would prefer to get even lower, give more prominence to foreground rocks, less to foreground water.

I've been trying to work out what the white background distractions are, I suspect that someone has left a large plastic container behind. It's important to check everything that's getting into the frame, not just the area that you are interested in.

Hi. Too wide for landscape for my taste. Do you mind providing the original frame? This must be a crop I suppose. I see a nice frame cropped at the edge of the prominent rock on the left. As it lacks a specific point of interest or action, with my proposed crop you can have a play of light reflected on water in an L shaped form rotated 12 degrees to the right.

I've uploaded a modification, I cheated and started with Willie's then lightened further and cropped to get rid of the foreground expanse of water. I kept your broad, expansive crop. I toned down highlights on the bit of foreground water that was left.

Tonally this is more harmonious to my eye.

This is so competent and confident that I wonder if you posted in the Critique Gallery by accident - especially as you haven't asked for comments on any particular area or issue...

The contrast is a little high for my taste - I'd prefer slightly more open shadows.
