The title suits this Ron, certainly bleak at the best of times but more so in the snow

Wonderful image, it was spring like when I visited but this really captured the bleakness, John.

I can't stop staring at this image. Such a strong depiction, I can feel the bleakness but the horror is beyond my imagination.

A pale-colored horse appeared. Its rider's name was Death, and Hades came close behind him.

Very haunting image. It feels like it's screaming to me. I feel a rawness too, just before it snows it has a heaviness in the air. This really moves me.

The term "we must never forget" has now become a cliché. And the horrors of ISSIS, Bokoharam, Ukrainian (so called) rebels, not to forget Al Qaida etc being purpetrated as we stand around wringing our hands and admonishing our politicians not to get involved serve as proof that in fact we already have.SadSadSadSadSad

We actually need to start remembering instead of mouthing trite platitudes.Blush
