Another wee beauty found on holiday. Can anyone identify this for me? It was growing in great quantities on piles of wood chippings.
Here's the technical bit - I adjusted the contrast a little!

Sorry can't help with the ID but it is a dainty looking mushroom. Could be even better had you carefully removed some of the pine needles from its surface and either cropped the top a bit or darkened the slightly distracting light patch at the top right. Still a nice shot though.

Aaaargh, see what you mean about the light patch - never noticed it! Will now know better next time, thanks for the tip.

Hmmmm... look like a mushroom to me =).
Nice colour in this one, i like the contrast between the silvery mushroom and browns in the background.
