What a gorgeous butterfly, the colours and markings are wonderful - doesn't it stand out from the background! You've captured it well. I think I may have rotated the image 90 deg clockwise, but that is just a personal thing. Can't help on the ID I'm afraid, whereabouts did you capture it?

It's a Common Checkered Skipper Bern I have a blurry one way back in my pf somewhere lol
