Skara Brae Orkney

We did a night trip which is worth booking as you go down into the houses, less people and the cost isn't that much difference. Less people and a total different feel to the place.

What a fascinating place. I'd love to know more about it, and see the interior of the homes. Very finely photographed.

Sorry John the sun didn't set until 22:30 and they kicked us before then but we just went on to the Ring of Brodgar. The god thing of staying on the island you have lots of time and no traffic...

One of the big draws for me is the space...
