Sky in the Water

By martinl
Something you don't see that often from me, a mono shot, but this particular one was crying out for mono. Taken one morning last April, after a short lived but colourful sunrise on Stanage Edge, the sun disappeared, into the clouds but the skies reflection was beautifully reflected in the puddles on the edge.

Thanks for the UA Ryan, I'm glad you like it, especially for a mono (my last mono was over 18 months ago!!)

This is so strong, Martin. Terrific B&W conversion of a scene in which the path entices you in. One of the most appealing elements is that break in the cloud just above the peak - it seems to help in holding the composition together.
