Sleeping Beauties

By brm
Went to Flatford this morning to try out my new Lee filters - very impressed, free of any colour cast and the colours seem cleaner and more vibrant than with my cokin P filters. Feeling pleased I finally took the plunge and bought some.

Found these two swans having a lie in, although how they could sleep with all the ducks and geese landing next to them I don't know!

i like the way the tree reflections dont touch the swans, almost letting them sleep.

good balance of interest imo.

This is beautiful, thinking of taking the plunge into the world of Lee too - did you get a good deal?

Superb shot I had big problems with Cokin p filters giving a cast bought some Hitech by recommendation of the forum and am very pleased with them. Lovely composition

Beautiful reflections, lovely. Never tried the Cokin filters as I'd read they gave a colour cast - I bought the Hitech ones too - very pleased with them.

Thanks all for your comments, much appreciated.

Paul - I got them from as they seemed the cheapest, although there wasn't much in it. At least they had them in stock though!
