He seems an 'Extra-Large', and a powerhouse certainly. TG

I like the setting, the reflection, and the bear's pose, everything about this actually. Looks like a species of grizzly. I've been photographing grizzlies for quite a few years in the Canadian Rocky Mountains, about 45 minutes drive from home. Haven't seen a full grown one yet this year, but have seen six juveniles. My wife and I should be taking a look up at the higher levels where we know they frequent, the highway has just recently opened to that area. Excellent capture.Smile

Scary, anything that can run faster than me, climb faster than me, just gets irritated if you shoot it (with anything less than a magnum) and regards me as a snack is scary!

Good picture though! Smile

thanks for all of the comments.

I figure that so long as you can run faster than someone else in the hide then you're ok Smile
