Love the old lenses, Peter, there are so many that will give good images in Av or M mode of a DSLR. The old Russian Zenit and Helios lenses are fun and a DSLR adapter is only around a fiver off eagerbay. Great set, keep 'em coming.
(If your Pentax has live imaging its a boon, as focusing is direct from the sensor itself when that is enabled....)

The old lens still works well, often old is better, including g us. Great fly colours on V5 as well. Must get my camera out, 2 beautiful collared doves posing in my garden.😄😄😄😄😄
