Smile I'm airbourne!!

By jeronius
I'm totally in awe of this chap. Who are you? He looked right at me as I took the photo…..literally posing for the shot!!! This particular trick is called a "whip", where you flick out your back wheel.....Last time I tried it I land sideways, but managed somehow to stay on my bike!!

Hamsterley 29/9/2012 race event in support of Help 4 heroes.

Totally out of my comfort zone with action shots, but for once I was not the one in the air jumping.

Thanks for looking.

Good but I do find the leaning trees too much. I find myself tilting my head, which means the tilt was not needed. Tilting cameras seems to be a fashion these days.

Cheers Paul, straightened.....I prefer it but it looses the height of the jump a bit.

I'd probably break my neck if I tried this! A very well-timed capture, Jerry, and the angling in V1 makes it much more dynamic Wink

I love this, been practising over Cannock Chase as we are looking to do a mountain bike theme for the big battlefield bike ride also for help for heroes
