I felt that the dark doors on the left attracted too much attention, so I've made you a mod in which I cropped them out. Looking at it, I might have given it a slight rotation as well before I cropped it, but I'm sure you can see what I mean anyway.

There are two important peices of information in this image, the man and the pub sign, as presented here neither has enough presence.
I just think you need to get in closer with candids like this. Imagine a wildlife shot where the subject was as small as the guy in this shot.
