V1 - Nature red in (tiny) tooth and claw...

The word highlighted in bold lettering in v3 is a clue to help you identify the epzer, not a reflection on his photography skills!

Well shot, Ed, and that lovely curling fern frond is such a great posing platform for the damselfly!

As for the EPZer, it's not Patch Adams, is it? No wait a minute...that was played by Robin Williams...

Capturing such a small creature is difficult enough, but to get one having its dinner is fab.

Nice to have the inclusion of a fellow epz'er Ed'. Will we see a portrait of you that He took?

Great set of shots. Lovely colour and detail. It's funny what you find lurking in the undergrowth, wild epz'ers are turning up all over the place.

Great shot in V1. No idea why those Damselfies don't come here to our ponds. More than their fair share of flies on offer!

Many thanks for all your comments and clicks and to Brian for identifying the damselfly, it is much appreciated. I'm surprised nobody managed to identify the epzer in v3, just like the Stig his identity can not be revealed!Wink

Which of you spotted her in the first place Ed?, I had an awful time trying to do so in V3, even with the hint Smile, I guess that's why I never get such shots as you have so well in V1&2!
Rgds., Jim
