Snatch

An archived shot captured last April on a productive busy afternoon while on a birding sortie down by the shore.

I homed in on this Slender-billed Gull on a couple of dives and zoomed in as it took to the air with its prey ..... releasing a short quick burst as it did so. Very pleased with this frame, turning out to be one of the shots of the day.
