Snow

By JimV
These two shots were taken on 24 November when we had our first - and biggest - snow fall of this winter season. didn't last long as the temperature quickly rose (as evident in my upload of Trenton Park taken three days later). Just to repeat what I've said before, Mary[]i insists [/i]on doing the deck, I do the rest! The second shot shows I was comfortably inside at the time Wink

Many thanks for your votes and comments on 'Symbolism' much appreciated, and I trust you had a pleasant start to 2012, very quiet here.

You certainly got a lot Jim. V2 is very cute. I think you better let her in, she's cold. Both your wife and your cat.............Sandy

You have a fair fall there, Jim: so far we have had only a couple of inches at most but that's a couple of inches more than I like. Forecast here is for more wet and windy weather for the next week and possibly the rest of January.

One of the things I do not miss here is snow - if it falls it seldom stays on the ground more than a day. I remember a winter in Lofoten when it snowed and snowed - I was out shovelling the drive-way. We ended up getting a meter of snow, and I can attest that snow shovelling is hard work.

Very cute capture in v2. I love it when they walk into your frame.

At least you've a bit of snow - what we got this winter isn't worth speaking of.
Not that I don't like watching Mary at work, but for me V2 is brilliant Jim. I'd crop it to postcard size - just snow and the cat in the corner. Beautiful!
