Snowballs

By taggart
Snowballs
a viburnum

The tiny rooting was given to me some 25 years ago---we must cut them back now---every year!

Sending apologies--or at least the excuse--- returning from a doctor visit, watching the sky darken, and the school busses delivering children home a bit early, clouds darkening by the minute--made it home before the rain,
just!
and then the thunder, heavy rain, creek is swollen but not flooding
Yet...
and after the storm we cleared the road of some downed trees, and bemoaned the uprooted one that fell across part of my husband's arboretum!

It is dark now, one can still hear the backhoes moving "stuff!'

This, I did not finish commenting and no awarding!
Tomorrow!

The version is a companion image to the lead--thanks for looking!

It's that white and green combo again! Both beauties but the background of the version makes it my favourite.
