Snowmobiling Lapland (Series)

By Owdman
A photograph taken blind over my shoulder as my wife drove our snowmobile, looking back at my daughter and her husband and my son, who were making up the rear of the convoy on their two snowmobiles. Soon afterwards my son-in-law drove slightly off the path onto soft snow and turned their snowmobile over. The drive ended with freezing ice rain that coated our helmet visors with ice and made them useless. I lifted my visor only to get my glasses covered too. So the last part of the journey was a bit of a blur as I clutched the arm of my glasses in my teeth and squinted through narrow eyes Smile Great experience though and the drive through the snow covered woods is beautiful.
