Sorry Seems to be the Hardest Word

By MrsS
There are certain advantages to losing out on the "best" spots to create tripod holes! Wink

The result of being out with two such wonderful gentlemen on Sunday, was that I had to go seek alternative locations.

This was one of them. I can remember being raaather pleased when Rich saw this on the back of the camera and made some comment about how he'd "missed that one" Smile

Really like the way the tree is clinging to the outcrop for dear life, the framing of the cottage nestled in the valley and the band of light spilling out over the top of the far away fells Smile

1sec @f22 ISO100 f/l17mm .6 ND soft grad

Hope you like it too, thanks for taking time to look, off out now to pick up Paul and say "Hi" to Lee and Ian Smile

...and the title??? well I suppose I should apologise for subjecting you all to yet another tree but I'm not going to! Tongue

Cheers All!
Fran x

MORE MORE MORE.......would be my title...bring on the trees !

See it's better going off on your own...especially when you bag individual shots.

Oh...and your phot..Brilliant.

Great composition. Beautiful sky and well spotted tree.
The obvious shot isn't always the best shot, wandering around looking is always a good idea as you have proved here Fran, Nice light across your composition, might have framed differently to take the tree off centre though. Nice work and another good folio image Fran.

All the very best

Excellent shot Fran; I agree with Dougie that it would work better for me losing some off the right, but great detail, love the tree and the sky is superb
