South From Skipness Castle.

By Tooma
That handy cell-phone of mine again, and it captures this view looking out across Kilbrannan Sound towards the north of the Isle of Arran from Skipness Castle on the Kintyre Peninsula. The west facing castle wall is towering over me to me left; it added nothing to the shot, so I cropped it out. I had originally included to give myself the option.

Version 1 is the same pic with a mono treatment.

Good health to all. 😎

I like both versions, but prefer the color-- magnificent tree----and a wonderful castle!

I like both too. What a wonderful place to have a castle. The place I see looks very impressive.

The mono image, with your toning, makes it look a winter scene. Magnificent looking trees especially with them having no foliage. Well composed image and a splendid view to the sea.
