Southern White Admiral

I encounter these stunners in the Peloponnese region of Greece. I haven't yet captured a shot of one that I'm happy with, including this. On this particular day about 12 of them were nectaring on the same small bush, outside a beautiful mountain-side monastery.

Next year I will be trying again and hoping to improve on this effort!
