Sparkling clean

By helenlinda
It was staring at me while I ate my lunch!!!
The shadow from the washing up drainer was truly amazing, I just couldn't understand why no-one else saw it!!!
The first thing I did was to remove the drainer and wash the tea stains off the wall. (well its got to be quicker than removing them in PS!!!)
Then I went for my camera.

Thankfully no-one takes any notice of me anymore in the staff room!!

There's a lot going on in this and I'm quite happy to have all sorts of suggestions as to how to crop another way.

Thanks for comments on my cobweb..........yes I really am ready for a holiday!!!!
Helen

Ahh the shackles of domestic servitude - classic film noir - you can't have a holiday until you've done the washing up.

Great observation and it is very much in the tradition of film noir I promise (dark into light and bars that constrain and shadows its all there).

Very well done (and I am sure you deserve a holiday but certainly not on the strength of this excellent effort)

Cheers

Brilliant Helen..I think I might be put into a white jacket if I did that in the staff room.! I don't think it needs a further crop, the only other possibility I can see is to crop down to the edge of the plate rack on the right hand side but I don't really think it would make that much difference. This is really great.

Excellent patterns. I see a hint of colour in it, and wonder if it may look better if it were totally mono.

I like it Smile

Great observation Helen, I'm sure moving in closer woul find even more abstract shapes and shadows. The trouble with me is, I spot something like that and end up playing about for hours, usually ends up as nothing, but I have fun,
