Speyside in Smoke

By almiles
Monday morning and a new vantage point for me & the dog by climbing up the hill behind Loch Pityoulish. It was the last day of that fabulous week of weather and even though there was no interest in the sky, the valley bottom more than made up for it. I chose a more wide angle crop for this as it ditches the sky bu makes a lot more of the land. The colours kept building after this so I'll be posting some more in the next few days I hope.

What a wonderful image, the valley clad in early day mist, small islands of land rising above: the natural muting of colours is wonderful to see.
Ronnie.
