Taking this from a somewhat elevated perch of some sort helps the line of stones stretch out for a greater distance, which helps the depth, and so on. I like the various directions the "lines" in this shoreline portrait take, giving the eye the nod to travel in different directions as it takes it all in. This would be very nice framed and mounted at a large size.
