Spiral staircase at Ely Cathedral

The Cathedrals of England are perhaps our most historic and accessible medieval buildings. The architecture is truly stunning and there is a wealth of information available on site as well as a minimal entrance fee. Ticks most of my boxes for a days photography! Beware though, low light, so fast glass and or tripod essential.
