Yes, Netta, getting wet and muddy is all part of the game although I do now carry a poly bag to kneel on: and then getting up again into a more conventional posture is quite a sight.

Such a vivid red! Not seen them before and judging by the colours in the grass you found a regular gathering! I like V2 as it gives scale!

diminutive indeed, Ronnie but magnificent in colour. Nice to find them in such good condition. Good use of the fill in flash as it has brought the whole scene alive, also the inclusion of the distant ones add good balance to the capture. I think a gong is in order

I love the Hygrocybe family of fungi they just have a certain something that other fungi lack.
I just don't get to see them very often.
Excellent capture Ronnie.

No doubt, Splendid! Tuppence are well used.. I couldn't believe they were that small.. You must have a very good eye sight.. it's hard to see when it's dark.
Wonderful colour and detail, excellently taken.
BTW, thank you for the helpful comments on Chandelier, Ronnie.

The colour is everything with these, they jump out of the screen. I like the shimmer that your flash has produced on them, and the little grouping is so charming, like a big group hug.
