You have used depth of field well, and the flower looks good with its slightly "enclosing" background. However that background is just a little too intrusive and the flower is a little too central in the photo. Both of these issues can be addressed with a crop - which is what I have done in the second mod I've uploaded for you (ignore the first one!), together with an adjustment of curves to give a bit more contrast plus slight sharpening. Hope that helps.

A beautiful flower, deserves a cleaner background. Well captured, but too central.

I have uploaded a quick mod for you. I think making the flower less central and giving it a shallower dof would help the shot alot.
