Spring Transformation

I have posted many, many images of Hirst Woods in Autumn and Winter but this one is all about the complete transformation that Spring has brought about. Spring is my favourite season. I love the livid greens, the fresh new leaves, the succession of flowers that you can see here. The greens weren't that livid immediately prior to the hail storm that hit us during this photo shoot but that is part of the fascination of photography, observing the transformational effect of different lighting conditions.

Ansel placed himself in several of these shots which is fine. His presence proves that these shots really are mine.

As ever the exif applies only to the first shot. Thank you for viewing and I hope that you enjoy at least some of these images.

I agree Lynne, the fresh greens and flowers in Spring are my favorite time of year. The time of year when you can wander anywhere and see new seedlings and wonder what they are!!!!!!!!
