Good pose here. It can be awkward to point the camera up to the sky as the bright light can throw the exposure off. Here though the tree shields a lot of the light and you have a decent exposure. The background is nicely out of focus so the squirrel stands out well.
He could be a bit sharper though. A good tip is to sharpen your shot a little just before you upload it to the site as the process for preparing to upload can soften the shot sometimes. I used Unsharp Mask at about 75%. I used a layer mask to apply the sharpening just to the squirrel.
I also cropped the shot quite a bit to focus in on the animal.
