What a good shot. So much to like with this. The blue colour tone, the snow mist, the steam from the engine and the vignette and out of focus train tracks helps the focus on the train. Very good photography. Definitely Award worthy!

Must be the right sort of snow, for those in UK to laugh at. Good image, I like the way you have captured the barrier arms as they are closing off the traffic from the railway crossing. neat picture.
