Nice little feature - well spotted! You've caught the colour and detail well. It might benefit from a more central, head-on perspective to make the most of the grand geometric shapes though - you might be able to do this in Photoshop.

Yes, prehaps even a simple straightening would help. Very beautifully taken, stained glass can be difficult to photograph well.
